ROLE DESCRIPTION

Homage is looking for a PR & Community Lead strongly aligned with our mission to transform the way people access and get personal care. You will define and lead all PR, Community & Outreach strategy for Homage across all markets and through both online and offline channels. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal & external teams across the region to help maintain and advance Homage’s position with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the media, public, and authorities.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define PR & community strategy: Deeply understand Homage’s business & positioning in our community, and develop the necessary strategy, roadmap & brand in order to advance and amplify our position with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the media, public, influencers, webmasters, and government authorities.
  • Manage PR initiatives: Partner with sales and cross functional partners to deliver scalable stories that demonstrate the value of Homage to potential customers and caregivers
  • Web management: Own end-to-end accountability of our website by managing in-house web team, with an objective of improving product positioning, organic traffic growth, and ensuring a well thought after user journey.
  • Content marketing: Plan and develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our industry and customer’s understanding of our industry’s problem, and amplify positioning of Homage’s solution and value proposition, as well as grow organic traffic with SEO-driven content
  • Local marketing: Develop marketing collateral that can be used by our sales and operations teams to promote and educate clients/partners on new products/features to engage clients/partners
  • Online & offline outreach: Develop and execute an outreach strategy that supports Homage’s organic growth and brand objectives. Execute this across both online & offline channels through a team of outreach specialists that you’ll build and mentor closely.
  • Inspire with the Homage mission: When needed, represent the brand and mission of Homage internally with local team members, and externally with PR and events.
  • Business alignment: Independently articulate and champion the state of play. Define OKRs and / or desired commercial outcomes, and seek support and alignment from leadership and operational teams to ensure that these outcomes are met.
  • Flawless execution: Alongside internal and external teams (agencies), coordinate & personally ensure the development of all the above in a timely & precise manner, and empower local teams to successfully implement them.

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in marketing, growth, community or PR, with 1 - 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent communication: Both written and verbal skills.; a keen visual sense with an eye for detail and a quick wit. Similarly you hold team members to that level of standard.
  • Resourceful: Strong project management skills with an ability to multi-task, work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Personal leadership: You’re comfortable functioning individually, and also as a team player. You’re self-accountable and understand the importance of being effective and reliable.
  • Impact-driven and persistent: Motivated by moving the needle meaningfully, especially during times when it requires persistence and courage.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held: Ability to articulate POV with clarity, humility, and a willingness to question one’s own assumptions / desire to constantly improve.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness
  • A passion for caregiving while leading with empathy is a plus
  • Experience and understanding of the healthcare industry is a major plus
