ABOUT HOMAGE: 

Homage is a complete home care solution that combines the curation and training of care professionals with smart technology to provide on-demand home caregiving to seniors, allowing them to age at home with comfort, dignity, control and grace. Using a web and mobile technology platform, Homage efficiently matches care recipients with qualified care professionals and schedules caregiving on an on-demand basis to provide recipients with home nursing care, assistance with daily activities and therapy services. Homage works with both private clients and public organizations to provide high quality care to seniors. 

  

ROLE DESCRIPTION  

We are looking for an energetic and meticulous individual who can contribute towards Homage’s Finance Team. The Accounts and Administrative assistant will be responsible for Accounts Receivables, Office Management and General Administration in Homage. You ensure all billings are timely and accurate and will work collaboratively with our Care Advisory Team to address all customers’ queries. You will ensure all office administrative matters within Homage are addressed.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure timely and accurate billings of invoices
  • Follow up closely on clients’ queries
  • Follow up closely on all outstanding payments
  • Issue statement of accounts to clients
  • Prepare AR ageing reports
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events and programmes (including weekends if necessary)
  • Liaise and follow-up with different stakeholders i.e. landlords, vendors, service provider etc.
  • Assist in getting quotations for office purchases
  • Ordering of the office supplies, name cards and stationery
  • Bank in cheques
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Accountancy with 1 year of working experience
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Meticulous and demonstrate good working attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment – Start-up experience a plus
  • Proficient and comfortable with adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, web/mobile applications etc.)
  • Good command of English Language
